4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Happy Horse to:

• Create, upload, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Create, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexual, explicit nudity, or pornographic content.
• Create sexualized content involving minors, exploitative sexual content, or any non-consensual sexual content.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Bypass quotas, credits, security controls, or payment requirements.
• Interfere with platform stability, availability, or other users.

We actively enforce content safety and moderation requirements. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on the pricing page.
• Credits are consumed when generations are requested according to current product rules.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the billing portal.
• Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. User Content and Outputs

You retain responsibility for prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. You represent that you have rights to submitted content and that your use of outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Happy Horse platform code, branding, and service materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Happy Horse intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Happy Horse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific generation results, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using Happy Horse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risks, or legal obligations.
